Who We Are

TW Mechanicals’ owner and operator, Tim Wrate, has worked in the HVAC field for over 20 years. Tim comes from many family members working in the HVAC and electrical industry. At 18, Tim began working for a local company that serviced one of Western NY’s largest grocery retail chains. This gave Tim the experience of working on complicated refrigeration equipment and commercial HVAC systems. After several years of experience and a problem-solver reputation, Tim knew he wanted to establish his own HVAC company. After joint venturing with another HVAC company in 2003, Tim formed TW Mechanical out of Western, New York, in 2013.
